Our office accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment for services received.
Insurance
Our office will submit insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We will also submit claims to a secondary carrier.
Patients are asked to remember that professional services are rendered to you, the patient, not to the insurance company. You remain responsible for any fees arising from services rendered. We recommend that you review your insurance policy and become familiar with its provisions. Patients would do well to consider that just because an insurance company denies coverage for certain procedures, it does not mean that those procedures are not in the best interest of the patient’s dental well being.
If you are a member of an insurance program that directly reimburses you, then you are responsible for your own account at the time of service
